This is a fairly good digital TV converter box. The addition of analog pass-through goes a long way in making this a more complete digital converter box. We did not rate its picture quality but if it is the same as its older brother then we do not recommend it. It currently an expensive $79.99 or $39.99 after using your government coupon.
If you are looking for a better and cheaper box then we suggest checking out the Dish Network DTVPal, Channel Master CM-7000, or Tivax STB-T8.
