The brand new HD channel will launch on Wednesday 3rd November at 7pm, with an evening jam-packed with programmes filmed in true HD. Much of BBC One peak time schedule will now be filmed in true HD, including favourites like The Apprentice, Strictly Come Dancing, Children in Need, Antiques Roadshow, Countryfile, The Graham Norton Show and

BBC One HD will be available – from 3 November – on Freesat channel 108, Sky channel 143

BBC HD will be available – from 3 November – on Freesat channel 109, Sky channel 169

Both of these HD channel are on the "old BBC Channel Islands frequency", so reception wwill be as BBC CI was before Monday 18yth October.

ITV1 stronger frequency available for Spain

"ITV1 Central S" and "ITV1 Central E" (ITV Central South and ITV Central East) have been removed from Astra 2D and have reappeared on the Astra 2B South beam.



A Sky viewing card is required for these regions, that used to be free to air - no sky card required.

You can add these ITV1 regions using Other Channels.
